This ram has looked great since he was just a lamb. I have added current pictures of him (taken right after shearing on 7/5/2024) along with those taken last year when he was just a few months old. He was in long wool for a show which has slowed him down but now that he is shorn he will add bulk. His markings are bold and correct. His face carries black all the way up to his eyes. He is a quiet and easy to handle fellow. Great front end with nice straight, stout legs all the way around. I like his topline and notice he is a long ram. His registered percentage is 87.5% however his true percentage is 93.75% which may be why he looks so darn good! He is the result of upgrading from Scottish Blackface genetics. Pedigree available upon request. sired by PV Amadeus who is out of the Rose Creek Prinz Eugen line. Remarkable Apex and Noblesse Davidhof on the dam’s side.

I am adding that it is always wise to purchase older rams, at least yearlings, as you have a much better idea of how they are maturing. Also looking at sheep without wool cover is to be preferred over animals in fleece. Body condition and conformation are apparent to the eye.
